This web site was created for the members of the Chapman Medical Center Medical Staff. If you already have a username and password for this site, please click here to go to the secure section of the site. Only those individuals who are members of the medical staff or those who have the permission of the Medical Staff will be approved as members of this site. If you would like to apply for permission to enter the secure medical staff site, please complete our subscription page by clicking here. There is no charge for medical staff members to access the features of this site.
Sign-Up Instructions
You will be taken to a page that asks for your name, practice name, and address information. This information helps us determine your status as a medical staff member of Chapman Medical Center. We do not sell or share your information with anyone except MedSpectrum LLC, the company we have chosen to develop our medical staff web site. To read our privacy policy, click here (PDF File). The sign-up and approval process are generally completed within 48 hours.
Forgotten Username or Password
If you have already registered for the site, you can have your username and password e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you used when you registered for the site.
